Begins 6 weeks prior to the wedding day. This package is perfect for the d.i.y. couple that would enjoy planning all the details of their wedding ceremony and reception, but would like help to finalize and execute their vision. Relax and enjoy peace of mind knowing our expert coordinators will be there one month prior to confirm all vendor orders, create a comprehensive day-of timeline and guide you on your special day.
Starting at $1400, prices vary, includes two (2) coordinators.
Proposal and final quote will be offered after initial consultation
• Unlimited phone/text and email communication
• In person planning sessions, as needed, 1 month prior to wedding day
• Attend final details meeting with venue
• Site Visit/Walk Thru
• Attend and coordinate rehearsal
• Set-up guestbook, toasting flutes, place cards, favors, centerpieces, etc.
• Keep bride, groom and wedding party on schedule throughout the day
• Work directly with vendors to coordinate arrival, set-up and start time and ensure event runs in a timely manner
• Point of contact for all vendors
• Create detailed vendor timeline
• Finalize vendor commitments 2 weeks prior to day of
• Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
• Full wedding day with two coordinators (up to 8 hours of service)
• Coordinate Grand Entrance, dinner service, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, toasts, etc.
• Gather all personal belongings as well as gifts and ensure they are loaded in designated vehicle for safe keeping

• Assist in creating design concept, color scheme, style and theme
• Assist with creation and management of budget and payment reminders
• Provided curated list of preferred vendors that fit your style and budget
• Review and manage vendor contracts
• Create and maintain a detailed timeline for wedding day
• Distribute final timeline to bride, groom, bridal party and vendors
• Inform vendors of arrival times, and communicate venue’s procedures for unloading, set up, and tear down

Our most luxurious package, perfect for the busy couple that would like a little extra personal attention and assistance to design, create and coordinate their special day. This package allows you to be as involved as you want but also provides the piece of mind knowing that SEJ Productions is here to handle the often time consuming details. Based on your preferences we recommend venues and vendors, attend meetings and site visits, negotiate contracts and make sure all the details express your particular style and taste. From "Will You" to "I Do," SEJ Productions will be there to make your dream a reality.

• Complete wedding planning and coordination. We walk you through each step of the planning process and guide you through each detail to create your unique day
• Develop an extensive planning guide and timeline
• Advice on etiquette and wedding traditions
• Recommend venues and vendors that fit your style and budget
• Set up mood board for your wedding decor
• Assist with invitation design, mailing process and RSVP management
• Up to 10 in-person planning sessions, including final details meeting with venue (1-2 weeks prior to wedding day)
• Schedule and attend all vendor/venue meetings (as available)
• Unlimited professional advice and guidance via phone/text and email
• Create and manage detailed budget, send payment reminders
• Negotiate and review all contracts and agreements
